15 Minute One Pot Tuna Casserole

I like quick and easy recipes especially when I don't feel like making dinner. Last night I made tuna casserole without having to warm the house with the oven. So maybe it isn't really a casserole but it tasted pretty much the same. It really did take only 15 minutes and there weren't very many dishes which was another plus.

Bring water to boil in a medium pot.
Add 8 oz of noodles - I used little shells so they cooked really fast.
Drain the water from the pasta and add:
1 can of cream of chicken
1 can of tuna (drained)
8 oz of frozen peas
1/4 cup of sour cream
1/2 cup of shredded cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Mix it all together until warm and cheese is melted. Top with a little more shredded cheese.
Enjoy!
