Dough Recipe:
1 1/2 cups warm water
2 tsp yeast
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
4 cups flour
Mix together water, yeast and sugar and let set for 10 minutes.
Add salt and flour and knead for 5 minutes.
Let rise for 1 1/2 hours.
Punch down and let rise for 15 more minutes. Heat the oven to 375.
| Roll out the dough | 
| Melt 1/4 cup of butter and cover the dough | 
| 2 Tbsp cinnamon 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar | 
| Spread on dough | 
| Cut in 1/2 inch pieces | 
| After rising for 15 minutes Bake for 18-22 minutes | 
While the cinnamon rolls were baking I made cream cheese frosting.
Frosting Recipe:
1/4 cup butter
4 oz cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup powder sugar
Beat together for 2-3 minutes.
